Frances Burns
Frances was born in Sacramento, California and grew up in Shingle Springs, California. During law school, she was very involved in the Moot Court program and has continued that commitment since graduation by coaching the Mira Loma High School Moot Court Team in Sacramento, California. Frances’ practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, elder abuse defense and medical professional advocacy. When she is not working, Frances can be found at the microphone on a karaoke night, snowboarding in the winter, wakeboarding in the summer and trying to learn how to golf whenever she has the patience for it.
