Thomas J. Doyle

Tom Doyle is a partner with the firm. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Tom attended law school at the University of San Francisco where he graduated with honors in 1984. He was the Comments Editor, University of San Francisco Law Review, from 1983-1984, and author of "The Nonmedia Figure and Strict Liability in California", 18 University of San Francisco Law Review 253, 1984. He is admitted to practice in California and Nevada, various United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

With 23 years of litigation experience, Tom brings expertise to the practice of medical malpractice defense, medical professional advocacy, elder abuse and civil litigation in both California and Nevada. Tom is recognized by his peers with an "AV" (very high-preeminent) ranking in Martindale-Hubbell.

Tom is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
