Lawrence S. Giardina
Lawrence Giardina is a partner with the firm. Following his graduation from the University of California at Davis, he obtained his law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, in 1985. He is admitted to practice in California and Nevada and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
Bringing 22 years of litigation experience, his practice covers medical malpractice defense and medical professional advocacy, including extensive practice before the medical boards of California and Nevada. He also has an emphasis in litigating hospital privilege issues for physicians facing restrictions through the peer review process. He has extensive trial experience involving physicians affected by hospital department closures.
Lawrence is a member of several professional organizations, including the California State Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Placer County Bar Association and the Association of Defense Counsel.
Born in Whittier, California, Lawrence enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, hiking and riding horses, with a special emphasis on endurance riding.
