Dominique A. Pollara
Dominique Pollara is a partner with the firm. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts, where she graduated, cum laude. She then obtained her law degree, cum laude, from the Vermont Law School in 1984. She was admitted to practice in California, Nevada, New York, Massachusetts (retired), Colorado and various United States District Courts.
Her 23 years of experience allow Dominique to bring expertise to the practice of medical malpractice defense, medical professional advocacy and elder abuse. She is recognized by her peers with their highest ranking, "AV" (very high/preeminent), in Martindale-Hubbell.
Dominique is a member of the California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she currently resides in Penryn. To relax, Dominique enjoys her dogs, as well as running, cycling, skiing, fly fishing and photography.
