Frances Burns
Frances Burns is a law clerk with the firm. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is pursuing her law degree at University of California, Davis School of Law, where she is beginning her third year.
She was honored as the Fifth Top Oral Advocate, Fall Semester Moot Court 2006, was a member of the winning team in the 38th Annual Irving L. Neumiller Memorial Moot Court competition, and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Health Law.
A Sacramento native, Frances enjoys running, snowboarding and karaoke.
