J. Hawken Flanagan

Hawken Flanagan is an associate with the firm. He was admitted to practice in California in 2007, and the United States District Courts, Eastern District of California and Northern District of California. After completing his undergraduate education at the University of Portland, he obtained his law degree from Ohio State University in 2007.

He was the managing editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and published the article "Recent Development - Jevne v. Superior Court" in 2007. He is a recipient of the 2006 Ernest Karam Book Award and the Judge Joseph H. Harder Memorial Award for outstanding performance in Trial Practice.

Born in Missoula, Montana, Hawken recently arrived in Sacramento. He's an outdoors man who enjoys fishing and hiking.
